The 17.5- by 14- by 7-inch tote has a detachable phone pocket made of the same satin interior fabric, and a removable computer compartment that converts to an all-purpose tote. Inside the bag, there's plenty of room on both sides of the laptop compartment for personal items and accessories.

I carried the tote around for a week. It kept my laptop secure, and I liked having the option of carrying the laptop tote by itself.

This bag is huge; it has more than enough room to carry all my items. I really the smaller pockets inside the bigger pockets that I could use for my MetroCard and work ID, it made it easier to find them when I needed them.

The extra wide strap did make it more comfortable to carry, too; that was a definite plus. The only thing that would make this bag better would be for it to just a bit be smaller. It's a little too large for everyday use.
