Night_Clouds_Space.com.jpg

It's not exactly controlling the weather, but it's surprisingly close: NASA is set to launch a rocket tomorrow, called the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE), that will create artificial clouds at the outermost layers of Earth's atmosphere, according to Space.com.

The idea is to create clouds around the rocket's exhaust particles, in an effort to simulate the natural formation of noctilucent clouds high in the atmosphere. The real clouds are made of ice crystals and usually sit about 50 to 55 miles above Earth; to create the artificial clouds, the rocket will release dust particles a little higher so they can settle down to the right altitude naturally, according to the report.

The launch will occur NASA's Wallops Flight Factility in Virginia, and is scheduled for Tuesday between 7:30 and 7:57 pm EDT. (Image credit: Space.com/Veres Viktor)

This is actually really really cool - more so than a lot of people will immediately understand. These clouds occur naturally, but we have absolutely no idea how they occur or by what natural processes the crystal that makes them up gets so high. It'll be interesting to find out how this experiment goes, and if it sheds any light on the natural process that gives us the same results!

Check out "Chemtrail" videos on YouTube...

I don't want anyone messing with the air I breathe...

It's too late for water and food. Almost impossible to find natural and healthy food or water anymore. They have been attempting to destroy the air with chemtrails for years now as well. By the way, don't take any vaccines, especially the swine flu.

Also check out YouTube videos on the "New World Order" for how this is all connected and affects you...

W.T.F. How much is this costing the tax payers? Bet Obama has something to do with it.

What do the charged aerosal release experiment particals creating the cloud consist of, aluminum oxide? Thank you for letting us know how tax dollars are spent. This cannot be leading to good. This experiment appears suspicious to me, especially given the cover up type name.

Recall the lady standing on top of the building in "independence day" movie so excited to see what would become of the UFO. She was zapped first. Stay on guard.

Hah! You guys are so funny. :) Between anti-everything conservatives and tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists, I'm glad you're around to keep us all entertained.

Of course Obama has something to do with it! Finally we have a president who gives a damn about science instead of only mentioning it when it fits his political agenda! I'd rather my tax dollars be spent on understanding and protecting our world than bombing little kids in afghanistan.

And i love this BS about "don't want anyone messing with the air i breathe." ever hear of air pollution? lets see your rigtheous outrage about companies dumping pollutants into our air and water - but i guess thats just not as important to you.

Only a fool or agent would think this is good. A DOD funded experiment over our skies without letting us know? RCRA violation.
