LG has announced the newest addition to its Black Label Series, the Chocolate LG-BL40. The new Chocolate has a 4-inch high-definition LCD and an 800-by-345-pixel resolution; the widescreen LCD features curved, tempered glass with a glossy black finish and red highlights. The phone also features a dual-screen UI, which allows the user to display two different types of content simultaneously. The wide HD LCD "Real VGA" screen makes videos, documents and photos easier to view.
The new LG Chocolate will be available for purchase beginning Q3 in 54 countries (sadly, the U.S. isn't one of them). For more information on this phone check out the press release.

I wish this phone were available in the US! It seems no one has gotten hold of it yet to do a thorough review; is that right? Any idea if/when it will become available in the US? I don't know much about the mobile market, but it seems strange to exclude the US. Is that common?

i have just got this phone it looks good but it aint all it, the camera quality is rubbish, the software on the phone is slow therefore takes a long time to load stuff, Cant listen to music properly, you can listen to half of it and then the music player just turns itself off. I hardly touch my phone and if i have just for work purpose, but i dont know why this has happened i think i have done a mistake in buying this phone, i will return this phone back, i have seen the Samsung i8910HD Omnia Looks good and heard that the sofware is far better than the LG's one. Im getting the Samsung now. Cant wait......
