You must be kidding - I guess you probably have never met an old person, let alone my Dad. Your product is a joke and so are your annoying commercials. I can only hope that you grow old one day too.

I would suggest that Sir John's comments regarding Jitterbug phones reflect a deeper problem. Sir John, get a life. There are millions of us old people that are happy with Jitterbug. If you don't like the commercials, change the channel.
