At its E3 press conference today, Sony brought out Metal Gear designer Hideo Kojima to announce the release of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP. The game is being described as a "true sequel" to Metal Gear Solid 3, taking place ten years after its predecessor, in the 1970s.
Kojima assured the room at the Shrine Auditorium that he will be fully participating in the "missing link" to the Metal Gear Solid series, writing the script and producing the game.
Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker will be arriving in 2010.

i think the period in time of this game will be filling more gaps. really exited. however i dont like the fact that it will be for psp because there is only some much that the psp platform can handle. i say this cause i play portable ops. i hope it still has the long movie like scenes. and really hope that is not like portable ops that there was no wovie scenes no voice and u got to read. thats sucked. i hope they make that for the ps3 also but i duabt it
