You simply clip the Clipo onto your shirt, jacket, or anywhere convenient, then pull out the retractable earbud when making or receiving a call. This makes no sense at all. If it's uncomfortable or you just don't want to wear it, put it in your pocket. I thought the point was to get rid of the wires. With this thing it seems like you'd be better off putting your phone in your pocket and having a $5 wired headset...
