Apple is reportedly looking to launch a giant new $14 billion server farm in an East Coast location. North Carolina is attempting to lure the company into its state with income tax breaks for any company that spends more than $1 billion over nine years.

The server farm would be put in place to support Apple's popular iTunes and iPhone App Stores. Apple currently runs a 109,000 square foot data center in Newark, California. The new facility would likely be much larger.
