Apple's annual World Wide Developers Conference is still a few months away, but the rumors are already nearing fever pitch. The latest has it that the company's laptop lines--the MacBook and MacBook Pro--will be getting a bump. What exactly said bump is, no one can say for sure, but speculation has it built-in 3G and speed increases are coming. There's also some talk about doing away with the computers' removable battery.
Also reportedly on the slate for the conference are updates to the company's Pro line of software suites, including Final Cut Pro, Aperture, Logic, Shake. The rumored updates are being called "significant" by 9 to 5 Mac's unnamed sources. And no, there's no world on that touchscreen netbook device. Yet.
