Happy Monday: The latest rumor coming out of everywhere but Cupertino once again centers around the long-speculated Apple netbook. This time out, the rumor centers around a third-party hardware manufacturer said to be partnering with the company.

The stories are coming from a somewhat suspicious chain of reporting here--British sites quoting Russian sites quoting a Chinese language site. The company rumored in the partnership is Foxconn Electronics, which has already partnered with Apple on the creation of the iPhone. Apple is obviously not very talkative on the matter.
