As the rest of the tech world slowly recovers from its collective tradeshow hangover, storage manufacturer Seagate is shaking things up from the top down. The company today announced the departure of Bill Watkins, who had served as its CEO for the past five years.

Seagate's chairman, Stephen Luczo, who has been with the company for 15 years, will be taking the top job. Luczo had been serving as Seagate's chairman since 2002. According to CNET, more information is expected to come to light on the change when the company issues its earnings report on January 20th.
