Thought you knew what you were getting when you voted for Barack Obama? Think again. Turns out that the President-Elect is a Zune user--at least according to a witness who saw the politician at a Phildelphia area gym.
Said witness told Philadelphia's City Paper:
He walked majestically across the gym floor in his track pants and sweat shirt. I did a double take, and soon after that, looked around the gym to see if anyone else knew he was here. Nobody seemed to notice. But he hopped on the machine next to me and broke a mean sweat while reading a copy of USA Today and listening to his Zune.
An interesting choice, to be sure, for a guy who reportedly owns an Apple notebook. Is this the change he was talking about--a turkey in every pot, and a Zune in every pocket?

Awesome! The funny thing is that we are making publicity for the Zune through news like these. We are helping people that think that the iPod is the only way to go, realize that there are better alternatives out there. Thanks, Brian Heater.
BTW, I think everyone should try out the Zune, at least just to compare it to the iPod.

I don't see why so many people like Zune...
I've compared them when getting a portable device, and I ended up buying a 32gb 2G iPod Touch. In my eyes, it is far more greater than any Zune available.
With its stunning 3.5" touch-screen, elegant and sleek design, media capabilities, and fun-to-use interface... it just works. And it works well indeed.
Only options Zune offers is a larger HDD, FM Tuner, and Media Streaming along with a cheaper price. The Zune should be compared to the iPod Classic.
But hey, you get what you pay for.

Microsoft stop spreading your own rumor that Obama has a Zune (trying to jump on the obama success)
