In the same vein as Ford's SmartGauge cluster for the 2010 Fusion, Honda is showing off the dashboard for its new Insight hybrid at the LA Auto Show, as AutoblogGreen reports—which includes an ECON button that reprograms the CVT transmission and air conditioning unit, increases regenerative braking, and turns up an anti-idling algorithm.

In addition, the report said that the Honda Insight's new dashboard will also change colors in order to tell the driver how they're driving, varying between shades of green and blue. The car also sports an "economy scoring" function that tracks the way you're driving and scores it based on its efficiency and environmental friendliness.
