And finally it's over: An arbitration court has decided in favor of Henrik Fisker, Engadget reports, in a ruling that denies Tesla Motor's original claim that Fisker (who worked on Tesla's WhiteStar sedan) had stolen Tesla's hybrid technology and implemented it in Fisker Automotive's own sedan, the Fisker Karma.
The report said that the judge in the case cited "overwhelming" evidence in ruling in Fisker's favor. The reactions were as expected: A Tesla spokesperson said, "we disagree with the ruling, and we're focused on producing and shipping cars to our customers," while Fisker celebrated that the ruling "completely vindicates" the company.
