RUF has unveiled its long-anticipated electric Porsche—and it turns out to be based on a 911! Autoblog reports that the car features a three-phase electric motor that will make about 200 horsepower and a monstrous 480 lb.-ft. of torque.
More details: the company claims the car should hit 60 mph in under seven seconds on the way to a top speed of 160 mph. Meanwhile, the report said that power comes from a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which "produces 317-volts and 480-amps and is made up from 96 individual cells." In its current form, the concept has a range of 180 miles and a 10-hour charging time.
