As expected, French automaker Peugeot unveiled the RC concept at this year's Paris auto show. It's "a working laboratory of many future ideas and brings together numerous stylistic, engineering and technological ideas all in a single vehicle," according to the automaker.

The RC is what the company calls a GT coupe; it's a four-seater, four-door sedan with a hybrid powertrain that is capable of producing up to 313 hp, depending on how the company tunes it. One thing that changed is that the latest concept is a gasoline-electric-hybrid, not a diesel-electric hybrid as had been previously reported. (A previous concept, the RC Diamond mid-engined sports car, had used a diesel powertrain.)
