Amazingly, Toyota's public relations department has confirmed on their own blog that the leaked 2010 Toyota Prius photos I posted yesterday are in fact the real deal. I imagine that takes some of the sting out of Toyota's planned official debut in January, but I only see this as a good thing—it's not like a competing automaker could turn on a dime and completely redesign a planned car over a few hazy images.

In the meantime, check out this link over at PriusChat, which (aside from being credited with debuting the leaked photos in the first place) shows a nice gallery of both press and spy photos for the eagerly anticipated third-generation model. A day later, I'm still liking the new creased design—how about you?
