XOHM, Sprint's new WiMAX service, is only officially live in Baltimore right now. I'm speeding down there on an Amtrak train to check it out. But as we were passing through Philadelphia, I was surprised to see my new Nokia N810 WiMAX tablet pop up with an alert that XOHM was live in that city as well. Now, I couldn't log into the network - it's clearly in testing mode. But the very presence of the network bodes well for a launch soon.
Head to the jump for a clearer shot of Philadelphia XOHM detected on the N810.

Sascha - I'm serious: Paper Moon Diner. :D
Quirkiest little place in the city, a refuge of geekiness and robots and mannequin parts glued to the walls. Try the Mom's Meatloaf, or the Salmon-Chanted Onion, but really everything's good. :)

Fantastic! I'm happy to the roll out of Xohm and of the N810 WE. Speaking of which, where can one get a N810 WiMax Edition? Some tech reviewers seem to have them while no vendor yet has them in stock.

I predict the cancer rates will rise in the city, and maybe White Nose will spread to the bats in that area next.
