QFO1.jpg

At the 2008 Tokyo Toy Show, a minute flying toy called QFO was introduced by Takara Tomy as the newest member of Q-series, the brand's list of remote-controlled miniature vehicles. Taking on the form of a UFO, its manufacturers refuse to divulge much information about it, hoping to cloak most of its details in secrecy until its release this late September of 2008. The 65x65x43mm QFO can fly up to 8 meters high and is controlled via Infrared. Taking its max flying height into consideration, the QFO will be marketed as an indoor toy; not that it's going to deter you from flying it outdoors.

Hit the jump to watch the QFO in action.
