Sanyo has released the NVM-4370, a $300 portable GPS unit with a 4.3-inch widescreen LCD, Navigadget reports. It features text-to-speech capability, Bluetooth, 4GB of internal storage, an SD card slot, an FM transmitter to broadcast directions over your car's stereo system, and the ability to connect a reverse gear, rear-facing camera to use while backing up.
The report said that the Sanyo NVM-4370 comes with a database containing seven million points of interests. The included map data covers the full United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada and Puerto Rico. There's also an auxiliary input for hooking up an external traffic receiver.
