For households with kids ages three to five years old, the Good Nite Lite could help you adjust your children's sleeping and waking habits. Since you most probably have your own schedule at home, having the kids sleep too early for their liking or wake up later than they want to, having a visual indicator for the children to learn on their own is ideal. Good Nite Lite is a behavioral modification device equipped with LED light that turns into a glowing yellow sun's face when it's time to wake up and a moon's blue face when it's time to sleep.

It has a built-in programmable timer you can set to indicate the time when the LED should change colors. The device can teach your child to get out of bed only when the light changes to yellow even if the sun's already risen before then. To save energy, the Good Night Light dims at night while your child is sleeping and automatically shuts off during the day. The patent-pending device will be available starting November with an expected retail price of $34.99.
