Psystar, which raised Apple's legal ire after it began shipping Mac clones, now appears ready to raise the bar yet again.
Psystar reportedly was set to file suit against Apple on Tuesday, alleging that Apple violates both the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Clayton Antitrust Act. To date, that suit has yet to be filed.
I called Carr & Ferrell, Psystar's legal representation this morning, asking why the suit wasn't yet on PACER, the filing database used by most of the nation's courts. A spokeswoman for the firm told me that she couldn't comment, but that she would have something for me this afternoon. I can't believe that that is anything other than the suit.
EDIT 9:48 PM:Still waiting... Wonder if Psystar is anything more than just hot air?
EDIT 8:45 AM 8/29: Finally!
