Mini created a set of unique rickshaws for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Mini cobbled the back half of a Mini Clubman onto a bicycle (the traditional locomotive power for rickshaws) to create what Mini calls a unique, pollution-free ride. For those lucky enough to snag a ride, it's a free and comfortable way to get around the trendy club and scene districts such as the old Beijing quarter of Hu Tong. Mini added Chinese lucky charms and talismen on the bicycle and in the inside of the vehicle to "not only to bring the passenger luck, but also, of course, to release positive energy for the entire Olympic Games."
