Leapfrog%20Didj.jpg

It's time to study; there's a math quiz tomorrow. Studying can get boring, but with the LeapFrog Didj, you can study and have fun at the same time! The Didj teaches important skills such as mathematics, spelling, and language arts. It's meant for students in 1st to 4th grades (6 to 10 years old).

What makes the Didj special is that you can customize the games on your computer to help you study exactly what you need to know. You can customize your Didjis (which are DIDJ avatars) to look however you want, then play the game as your Didji.

The Didj is simple for kids to use, but you most likely will need help from an adult to install its software; this is what allows you to customize your Didjis, download "Micromods," and select the skills you want to use as you play the game.

Jet Pack Heroes is one of the downloadable Didj games: Your Didji flies around on a jet pack to save the kidnapped Energy Buddies, which light the city. They were kidnapped by the evil Gooracha. To release the Energy Buddies from their traps, you must answer math questions correctly. You can select what math skills (for example, adding two-digit numbers) you want to play with via your computer.

As you play, you earn badges that let you use "Bitz," with which you can download Micromods to customize Jet Pack Heroes. For example, you can download a new key to unlock a new spaceship. Jet Pack Heroes is an exciting game to make studying even the most boring math facts fun for kids.

Other games available for the Didj include Super Chicks, Nicktoons: Android Invasion, and Kart Racing. These come on cartridges that you insert into your Didj. You can get them at stores such as Toys 'R' Us or Best Buy, as well as at LeapFrog's online store, for $29.99 each, along with a case to protect your Didj for $19.99. If you don't want to replace the batteries for you DIDJ, you can buy a charger for $34.99. The Didj itself sells for $89.99.

There is no other gaming system out there like the Didj. It makes learning fun and exciting for children. Even the most stubborn student will enjoy playing and learning with the Didj. Students' grades may even improve as a result of playing.

I own alot of leap frog items. I would love to get a diji but Price is much to high for me. I wish you guys would think of the little guy and give discounts so more children can benefit from products such as this one.
My grandsons are learning disabled and love playing their leapsters not realizing they are learning. With a diji they could learn what everyone else in there class is learning, but are unable to because of their disabilities just a thought
