Yup, we got a Blackberry Bold. Right here. It's a Rogers model, thus Canadian, and it's roaming on AT&T. We also have an iPhone and Blackberry Curve to compare it with. Is there anything you'd like to know?
One rule: don't ask about reception. This is a Rogers phone roaming on AT&T, so it's going to be a little wonky. It isn't optimized for AT&T.
Also, I want Tim Horton's so bad right now. I mean, I'm going to Dunkin Donuts right now, but there's something wrong about reviewing a Rogers Blackberry with no Tim Horton's involved.
I'll stop answering questions on Tuesday.

Hi,
I am in the UK. I got my Bold about two weeks ago. I am concerned about the battary life. Have you been able to test this independantly? I was using a Sony Ericsson 910 till then (I know it is an old model- I hear you say) but the Ericsson's battery life seems to me to have been better than this Blackberry Bold. What do you think. otherwise it seems to me to be a very good phone. Thank you. Bob (Hisham)

Do you think there will be a cdma version of the Bold in the future?

Hisham, I can't do a truly accurate test of the Bold's battery life because I don't have a device which is optimized for AT&T. However, I expect the Bold will have a shorter battery life than the P910i because it's a 3G phone, and 3G takes a lot more juice than 2G GSM did. But that's a problem you'll find with everything 3G.
Rick, absolutely. RIM CEO Mike Lazaridis told me back a few months ago that they intend to release the Bold on all of their carrier partners if possible, including the CDMA carriers. He didn't make any promises as to *when*, though.
