prowler-stealth-cam.jpg

Though the Prowler Stealth Cam site targets game hunters, photo ninjas (otherwise known as paparazzi) and private eyes, others may also find some uses for this handy tool.

This hybrid camera features a 5-megapixel sensor for color daytime captures, a 2-MP sensor for monochrome nighttime images, and the ability to capture footage in the pitch-black wilderness--without a flash too! And 5 MP can still make good prints.

Set to shoot on motion, the Prowler Stealth Cam features an SD slot; 42 infrared emitters good out to 50 feet; time, date, moon phase, and temperature stamp on each photo; and a video setting adjustable from 5 to 90 seconds. It also packs 32MB of internal memory, in case your enemies capture you and snag your SD card. The built-in battery pack should be able to ensure a night full of remote shooting.

You can pick one up for $450. And check out some footage from it on YouTube.
