Mazda has finally released a bevy of photos for its new-for-2009 Mazda6 sedan, the first major update of that vehicle since its debut back in 2003. This time around we also have a couple of photos of the navigation and Bluetooth setup.
The interior is looking pretty classy, especially with the navigation option. Between this and the Honda Accord, it appears that today a mainstream mid-size sedan has the kind of luxury you used to buy an Acura or a Lexus for (which of course raises the bar for those makes that much further).
Here's a closer shot of the car's navigation system, showing what appears to be an easy-to-use touch screen setup for a Bluetooth cell phone connection.
According to Autoblog, the base "i" model comes equipped with a 170 hp, 2.5-liter inline-four and starts at $19,220 (including the $670 destination charge). Meanwhile, the SV, Sport, Touring and Grand Touring models will all come with the 272 hp, 3.7-liter V6 and will start off at $24,800 (including the destination charge).
