Honda is busy displaying its OSM roadster concept at the 2008 British Motor Show, and as Autoblog reports, hopefully this one will turn out to be a sample of what's to come from the usually conservatively-styled automaker. The interior, in particular, deserves special mention.

Inside, the cockpit "basically evolves the two-tier instrument panel you'll find in the current Civic into a far more attractive driving environment," the report said. I kind of miss the center console-mounted shifter in the early 2000s Honda Civic Si—an otherwise fairly ugly car—that aped the original Alfa Romeo Spider's design. Regardless, this looks like a nice improvement over the current Civic and Accord interior layouts.
