Isn't it nice when corporate behemoths can put aside their differences and play together like good kids?
Just days ago, T-Mobile filed suit against Starbucks when it started giving away Wi-Fi access, to promote access via new Wi-Fi partner AT&T. The problem being, T-Mobile still runs most of Starbucks Wi-Fi network and they weren't consulted. Oopsie.
As of today, Reuters says that the lawsuit has been replaced with happy smiles, probably because Starbucks realized it overreached just a tad, although the specifics were not made public. All that matters is, you still get 2 free hours of Wi-Fi per day at Starbucks as long as you keep that rewards card up to date.
