A few weeks ago, I was listening to music on my PC, from my "Best Rock Ever" playlist on iTunes. As "Rock and Roll All Nite" by Kiss came on, I wanted to turn up my speakers as loud as they could go. Unfortunately, they couldn't get quite loud enough.

For those of you who are experiencing problems similar to mine, there may be new hope--iHome, a worldwide manufacturer of iPod and iPhone accessories, just announced the release of the iH69 and iH70 new speaker systems for PCs and Macs. With this new product, you can now finally dock, charge, play and sync your iPod directly to your PC via the iHome speakers.

Evan Stein, vice president of marketing at iHome says, "The new iH69 and iH70 are a perfect marriage of sound and design, and with their charging and sync capabilities, they are the ideal, all-in-one speaker solutions for the Mac or PC that will consolidate space and bring iHome's advanced sound technology from audio speakers to computer speakers."

The speakers are compatible with all docking iPod models and are designed with high-fidelity Reson8 speaker output, giving you a computer port, a premium power output, sync controls and a headphone jack for those times you would prefer to listen to music alone. The iH70 adds more features such as higher wattage producing speakers, a remote control, and SRS WOW sound enhancement technology, providing a better music environment.

The iH69 and iH70 can be pre-ordered online and will be sold at retail stores nationwide for $99.99 and $129.99 respectively.
