bluetooth_retro_handset_withphone.jpg

ThinkGeek.com has just started selling the Bluetooth Retro Handset. I'm confused and awestruck at the same time.

The phone, an original ThinkGeek design, is charged via USB connection. It works within 30 feet of your cell phone, which (unfortunately) means that you'll be lugging this huge handset around with you everywhere. It works with Bluetooth V1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. It's no iPhone, but your grandma will like it better.

Look at it this way, when you're driving and you're on this instead of your cell phone you can make the legitimate excuse that you're not on your cell phone but a cordless car phone. Recommended for people with huge pockets. No word yet on a bling kit, customizable skins, or faceplates. Get yours for just $29.99.

I'm a bit confused also. Does it have the cool feature of unscrewing the speaker part and inserting batteries that way.
