If the backdrop of Cinderella's story happens to be the 21st century, she'll lose this cell phone rather than her shoes. Previously this year, Softbank's Disney Mobile came up with a Mickey Mouse-themed handset by Sharp named DM001SH. The Sharp DM002SH Disney Mobile handset, unlike its predecessor, has a crystal design which was made to appeal to all ages, most particularly of the feminine persuasion. And yes, this one's Cinderella-themed.
The Cinderella clamshell comes with a 2.6-inch WQVGA internal display and a 05.-inch external display. It also features 3G connectivity, Bluetooth 2.0, 1-Seg mobile TV, and a microSD slot. The Sharp DM002SH Disney Mobile handset is slated to be released by Softbank come June 7, 2008. It'll be available in three colors-- Pink Diamond, Clear Crystal, and Brown Topaz--and will feature a Disney Mobility service by Softbank Japan. As an aside, earlier on, Sharp also announced the WS020SH smartphone with sliding keyboard model for Willcom.
