I've seen USB devices in various shapes and sizes and nothing can surprise me anymore. However, something as curious as this one deserves a mention. Just by taking a gander at the image on the left, one can guess where the design's come from. Just in case it escapes you, it's actually from the ubiquitous emergency exit sign you've most likely seen numerous times in your life. Even the color (green) stays true to the "running man" signage. What's funny is that this USB running man hub seems to be carrying a suitcase which, if I'd hazard a guess, might be inspired by the Japanese salaryman culture.
The Emergency Exit Logo USB Hub is made of ABS plastic case, has four USB 2.0 ports and could be attached to your computer using an included cable. Up until now, I'd always been content with my run-of-the-mill USB hub. Considering it only costs approximately $10, I might just get one for myself--that is if it's sold outside Japan.
