Apple filed suit against Atico International USA Inc., earlier this week, claiming that the iPod accessory manufacturer's line of "Living Solutions" infringes on five of Apple's patents. According to Dow Jones Newswires, the alleged infringing products are iPod speakers as well as an AM/FM alarm clock and AM/FM boombox, both with iPod docks. "The accessories are not licensed or otherwise authorized by Apple," the company wrote in a statement.

Apple is also widely expected to file a suit against Florida-based Apple-clone manufacturer Psystar Ltd., based on software usage violation.
