WinMobile08_ltr.jpg Microsoft announced the release of Windows Mobile 6.1 today, and we have a full review up on PCMag.com right now. In case you're wondering whether your device will be upgradeable to WM 6.1 to get the new home screen, improved stability and other features, Sprint, AT&T and Alltel all released lists of upgradeable devices. T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless subscribers, don't worry. Execs at both carriers said that your gadgets will be upgradeable, too - they just haven't released their lists yet. Here's what we know about so far:

Alltel: HTC PPC6800, HTC Touch, Motorola Q9c
AT&T: Samsung Blackjack II, Motorola Q9h, Pantech Duo, HTC Tilt
Sprint: HTC Mogul, HTC Touch, Motorola Q9c, Samsung ACE. Bonus: Sprint "also plans to launch a Palm Treo with Windows Mobile 6.1 software later this year. Really.
Other devices: HTC Touch Dual (announced today), iMate Ultimate line, Motorola MC70 and MC9000
