What people won't do for their MacBook Air. CrunchGear reports that TV interviewer Charlie Rose (pictured above) fell into a pothole on 59th Street in Manhattan while carrying his beloved MacBook Air. He was faced with a split decision: do I fall onto the MacBook Air and risk injuries to the motherboard, or do I save the Air and risk injuries to my own internal parts? He chose the latter of course. After all, the Air is so thin, so it's not going to break your fall or anything. Thankfully, his MacBook Air was not harmed. Rose, however, suffered a bad black eye and can be seen on the news wearing a bandage over part of his forehead.

This reminds me of the time when Newsweek reporter Steven Levy accidentally threw out his loaned Air notebook with the trash. That's right: the MacBook Air is so thin that he didn't even see it within a stack of magazines.

Oh well, at least he's up and talking. See? Hehe. It proves that the MacBook Air's sexiness does take your eyes away, I mean, well... he did dropped... hehe.
