Also on display at this year's Toy Fair was Marshmallow Fun Company's latest line of marshmallow shooters and blasterstoy guns that let you shoot real marshmallows! The original Marshmallow Shooter has been one of the hottest selling toys since its launch in 2004, and now the company is releasing its first battery-operated model: the Mazooka. The Mazooka (the second toy gun pictured above) features a folding sight and telescoping base and an embedded microprocessor to regulate the acceleration of the marshmallow. I was lucky enough to try out the Mazooka, too. I loaded a large marshmallow into the gun, pointed the gun up, pulled the trigger, and watched the marshmallow fly high with such great force, touching the ceiling of the Javits Center. This thing has some power! Also shown here is the Cheetah Shooter, a red-and-black cheetah print shooter with manual control. Both Marshmallow toys are expected to hit the market soon.
