After the Macworld keynote delivered by Steve Jobs last month, Apple fans were no doubt waiting eagerly for the whole "one more thing" to finally drop. Nearly a month later, it looks like it's finally here, in the form of larger capacity iPhone and iPod Touches.
Apple doubled the storage on both popular models this morning, bumping the high-end iPhone and iPod Touch models to 16- and 32GB, respectively. Both models will run $499. The 8GB iPhone model will still be available for $399, as will the $299 8GB and $399 16GB iPod Touch.
Reuters notes that the release of these new models come as Apple's stocks are seeing a 33-percent drop since the New Year. Perhaps the company is looking to make a little high capacity bounce back.
