If you're traveling or otherwise just can't make it to the gym on a regular basis, you can let your iPhone be your very own personal trainer. PumpOne, maker of visual personal-training programs for the iPod and other mobile devices, has introduced Pump10, a new exercise-video site designed specifically for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch.
These videos are geared toward quick workout sessions and include a variety of 10-minute training guides. As with the slew of "workout tapes" that came out in the 1980s, the videos may get a bit tired quickly, while the screen-size limitations might make following along to that 10-minute workout feel like an eternity. But for those without a lot of time to hit the gym, this is still a good alternative. Who thought phoning it would help you get in shape?
