Ergonomics be damned, IceRage's new Pocket Mouse is a darn snazzy little thing. Being that the oddly-named company (Hulk smask!) also produces presentation devices and Bluetooth headsets, I had to ask whether the Pocket Mouse, you know, actually did anything beyond your standard mouse fair, and looking pretty.
The answer is a decided, "nope." This mouse, which runs a less-than-frugal $59.99 ($69.99), has opted for fashion over function, giving users your standard tracking, scrolling, and clicking mouse features, though new versions do feature a cool little retractable cord, which can be stored inside the mouse itself.
The company is also touting its ambidextrous design, which is really just a nice way of saying that the thing is square and will likely be as uncomfortable for lefties as righties.
The mouse is compatible with Vista, XP, and OS X, and is available in blue, red, green, gray, white, and black.
For those looking for a touch more function, check out the company's $109.99 Ultimate Pocket Mouse, which shoves a keypad, laser pointer, and media controller into the slim form factor.
