iDen gets no love. Nextel is turning it off, someday, and here in the U.S., the network seems to have been mostly reduced to Boost customers shouting "where you at?" at the top of their lungs. But over in Motorola's booth at CES, I got a gander of a brand new, never-before-seen iDen unit: the i877.
The i877, superficially, looks a lot like previous Pininfarina design phones, but a Moto rep standing nearby said it was running Motorola's new Linux/Java OS. It'll probably be coming to Mexico and Argentina before it comes to the U.S.--if it comes to the U.S. at all, the rep said.

Hello. I own one with Nextel carrier. It's cost is about $5,300.00 MXP.
The interface is really slow, but the look&feel is awesome, very lightweight, its paint is like no other phone. I get the question "what model is that phone" at every checkpoint at the airport. Includes no accesories (i885 equips the best) yet, it is really a good choice if you like PTT.
