Matias Folding Keyboard

Today, Matias announced its new Folding Keyboard, which can collapse to half its original size for easy storage and travel. The USB-powered board includes a complete number pad, function keys, and integrated system volume controls.

An extra treat: There's a Tab key on the number pad for quicker form filling.

When folded, the board measures 10.08 by 5 by 1.18 inches (open, it's 18 by 5 by 0.87 inches); it weighs in at a svelte 15.3 ounces.

The keyboard is Mac- and Windows-compatible (Volume keys require Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher). Matias is currently accepting pre-orders for $59.95 for just the keyboard, or you can save $20 by ordering the Portable Office, which includes the iFold notebook stand along with the Folding Keyboard ($59.95 each if purchased separately).
