The popular LITTLEST PET SHOP toys for tween girls are anything but techy; but when I met with Hasbro last week, company reps revealed that the LITTLEST PET SHOP characters will have their own virtual world. The LITTLEST PET SHOP VIPs (Virtual Interactive Pets), are a line of five cuddly, plush pets with secret codes on their collars to unlock a virtual world with games, activities, and community events. LITTLEST PET SHOP VIPs will be available exclusively in the New York Metro area this October for $14.99, as well as online at www.hasbrotoyshop.com and retailer websites such as Wal-Mart and Target.
The first roll-out of the LITTLEST PET SHOP VIPs will include a dog, cat, turtle, penguin and panda. And let me say that they are so darn cute!! A global retail launch, including 18 new VIPs, will follow in early 2008.
To activate your pet, just go to www.littlestpetshop.com and enter the secret code. Girls will receive a VIPs Adoption Certificate and can play with their pet online, customizing their pets with accessories and apparel as well as their environment, earning "Kibble" points to keep their pet happy and healthy by playing the mini-games.
How do the LITTLEST PET SHOP VIPs differ from Webkinz, which are also plush pets with a virtual world? The company gave me three reasons: (1) The LITTLEST PET SHOP is already a popular brand that girls have come to know and love, (2) the virtual world is graphically detailed, and (3) and when personalizing their pets and their environments, those personalizations are carried out through the virtual world, even when their pet is participating in the mini-games.
The 16 mini-games in the virtual world include hang gliding, snowboarding, skateboarding, lily pad leap, sundae making, scavenger hunts and jigsaw puzzles. The 10 different activities include decorating a room, playing in your sandbox or taking a ride on a merry-go-round.

I like the VIPs but i think that they need to have a site where they give out codes free. As part of it is a money making scam because you have to have to buy 4 pets before you become able to do everything. that is equal to $60!! the question is always 'do you want to spend 60 dollars?' I say they are fun but i think that if someone had a website where they had codes for a cheaper price they would make a lot of money.

i really really want one i am so sad i used all of your other codes but they dont work if you have a code for these animals or others the penguin and the dog please give my one im begging you i am 8 years old...PS make sure the code DOES work!
