Celluon, a leading Korean manufacturer of portable input applications, is planning to launch a virtual laser keyboard called the CL850 in early September of this year.
Based on Celluon's sensor module, the CL850 makes use of its trademarked 3D electronic-perception technology to identify the location and movement of the typer's fingers and transmit the input recognized by the sensor to the user's device. Not only that, the CL850 will incorporate Bluetooth and USB connectivity, allowing you to connect the device to desktop PCs or other mobile devices such as laptops, UMPCs, smartphones, PDAs, and PMPs.
A perfect heir to the Celluon Laserkey CL800BT (the company's original laser keyboard), the CL850 is fuelled by USB bus power, in-built lithium ion battery power, or DC input power. It is compatible with multiple operating systems, including Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smart Phone edition; Palm OS, Blackberry, Symbian; and Windows 2000/XP or higher. The CL850 also contains a built-in buzzer to provide keystroke sounds. The keyboard works like a charm on nonreflective, opaque flat surfaces and is visible in 1000-to-5000-lux ambient light.
In addition, the keyboard supports international languages, such as, English, Spanish, German, and French, along with native Korean language. The Cellulon CL850 will cost its users anything between 100,000 KRW ($108) to 200,000 KRW ($215).

Just got a similar model last week, and its a little, er, difficult. I really need to feel the click of the keys, this almost feels like "phantom typing"... It sure does turn heads though!!
I posted about the Bluetooth Laser Keyboard on GearCrave on the 13th of last month.
