If you're in need of a casual case for you new Apple iPhone, iSkin has come out with a strong contender--the Revo, $39.99. It comes in several cool color combos: Red, pink, purple, yellow or blue with black trim; it's also available in all black. I love the Revo's smooth, rubberized texture. And unlike some other cases I've tried, the Revo comes with some handy additional components: You get an anti-glare protective privacy film overlay for your screen, a docking port cover, and a visor that can be used to keep other objects from hitting the iPhone.
While I appreciate having the privacy film to ward off glare and unwanted prying eyes, I haven't been able to get rid of all the air-pocket bubbles that appear when it's applied to the iPhone screen. I find that very annoying and distracting as well as taking away from the beauty of the iPhone's screen. As for the docking port cover, it keeps the dust out but can be easily lost
if you have a bad habit of putting things down and forgetting their whereabouts.
I like the visor, but it has a slightly loose fit and could come off easily; and I don't like having to take it off to use the touch screen. And finally, I had a hard time accessing the iPhone's On and Off Sound button, because the access opening on the case isn't large enough. You have to shift the case left and right to get to it, or take the case off partially. Aside from these minor details, though, the Revo is a fun addition to the iPhone case family.
