I REALLY want one of the new Roombas!! I have an old one and am waiting until it dies to buy the new one :) It looks SO awesome though, it perfect for my house. I can't WAIT to get it!!

I bought a Roomba 560 back in September and it worked well enough for one week. By the end of that week all of the arms had torn off of the side brush rendering it useless. I contacted Customer Support and they agreed to send me a new side brush under warranty.
Here we are almost two months later and nothing. The only reply I get to my questions is that the side brushes are on back order. Interestingly enough- the web site will take orders for side brushes so I'm either being lied to or iRobot takes people's money for products that they don't have in stock (with no notification).
At this point I just want my $350 back.
