What's more eco-friendly than recycling your old cell phones? And what's a bigger incentive to recycle than getting free games for doing it?

Play N Trade Franchise, Inc. has started a program to give customers in-store credit for handing in old cell phones. Just hand yours over, it'll be appraised on the spot, and you can use the credit towards anything in the store: video games, consoles, accessories--even repair services and tournament fees.

In a press release, founder Ron Simpson said that "As members of the community we are very concerned about e-waste. Cell phones contain lead, cadmium and mercury that cannot be safely dumped in landfills and this program is part of the solution." And as they say, if you're not part of the solution...

The service is available only in U.S. stores. To find a store near you, click here.
