The AppleCare Plan everyone expected finally arrived today at Apple Stores. The new iPhone specific protection plan will run you $69 and will add an additional year to your complimentary iPhone repair service. The plan does not extend phone support, however, which Apple has already set at a two year default.

An additional note for residents of Alabama, Connecticut, Nevada, and Wyoming: Don't bother. Your states won't let Apple sell its silly peace of mind iPhone plans. And Apple will tell you so if try to order them.
