Is Lexmark still in business? Is it possible to contact them? I bought an All-in-one scanner, printer, copier Lexmark X5270 from Staples last year. Drivers are not available on the Lexmark webpage. Not for Vista, not for any model. Lexmark does not acknowledge ever selling this product. If you can't identify your product from the list of products Lexmark is now supporting (don't wait 18 months from date of purchase - it may never have existed - you are an orphan. My wonderful All-in-One piece of toilet paper spends an infinite period of time trhing to prepare itself for its first use. It is not first use and the thing does not make a good anchor. Neither I nor my business will ever buy a Lexmark product again as their is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO TECHNICAL SIUPPORT and the entire company seems to have truned into a scam designed to steal money from honest people by selling thier disfunctional junk through legitimate retailers and then blowing them off.
Never again!!! I do ask, if anyone knows how to e-mail Lexmark without buying the product of the week (before it goes out of scamland and support ends) could you let me know? Thank you.
