According to a customer service Q&A posted on the Amp'd site, "Amp'd is potentially suspending US operations on July 31st." However, if you're an Amp'd user in need of some good, old fashioned phone-in customer service, well, you're out of luck--the company put the kibosh on that, yesterday.

For everyone else, you have seven extra days to download ringtones like gangbusters. Potentially.
