Wondering what to do with those old cell phones? If you live in Japan, you will soon be able to recycle them at any am/pm Japan Co. convenience store. Am/pm Japan has teamed up with mobile phone company NTT DoCoMo to place recycling bins at all store locations.

And if you don't happen to be near Japan...? Until 7-Eleven starts collecting them, most cell stores will accept your old cell phones.

But how about donating them? There are plenty of charities that will take your old cell phones: Would you prefer to use your old cell to save the gorillas, to help soldiers, or to stop domestic violence?

(Or, if you just want someplace convenient, wirelessrecycling.com lets you find a nearby location by zip code--and they list both stores and charities.)
